Booking Policies

Our rates are current at the time of your quote and are specific to your chosen service. Once you get your PDF, your booking is confirmed! Remember, free changes to your pickup time must be requested 5 hours before your scheduled pickup and during our business hours

Payment Policies

To confirm your reservation, we will send you a PDF confirmation of services. You can also pay by bank transfer or deposit. Our rates are in US dollars, but they may be reflected in Mexican pesos on your statement. Please note that the exchange rate may vary and affect the final amount. By booking, you accept these terms

Changes or cancellations may incur charges. In case of price discrepancies, we will contact you. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your reservation, please send us an email at hola@cancuncheapairportshuttle.com with your reservation number. You can receive a refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds for no-shows
